These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph867 ("ph867," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph867.cam ("the Platform"). ph867 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Any individual found to have circumvented the age verification process will have their account permanently suspended and all funds forfeited, without prejudice to any legal action available to ph867 under applicable Philippine law.

To access the full features of the ph867 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. ph867 is entitled to verify the information you provide at any time, including cross-referencing with third-party identity verification services.

The following account rules apply to all ph867 registered players:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active account on ph867. Opening multiple accounts, whether under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All financial transactions on ph867 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph867 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. ph867 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on ph867:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are credited to your ph867 balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from your selected payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts via GCash are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• ph867 charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your sole responsibility.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your ph867 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• ph867 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

ph867 offers bonuses and promotional credits to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your ph867 balance until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.

The following general betting rules apply to all game categories on ph867 — including live casino, slots, fishing games, bingo, sports betting, and RNG table games. Game-specific rules are published within each game interface.

• Bets once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. It is your responsibility to verify bet details before confirming.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, ph867 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the player's account. ph867 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

• Any bet placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to fraudulent payment chargebacks, will be voided and the associated account suspended.
• Winnings derived from exploiting a genuine system error or pricing mistake will not be honoured and will be voided. ph867 will refund the original stake in such cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph867 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles ph867 to immediately suspend or terminate your account and forfeit any associated balance:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Opening or operating more than one ph867 account, or assisting another person in doing so;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live poker, baccarat side bets, or multiplayer fishing games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes to generate profits that would not otherwise be available;
• Using the ph867 Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purpose in violation of Philippine AML laws;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or otherwise reproduce any proprietary content or software forming part of the ph867 Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or abuses ph867 staff or other players;
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or credentials to fund or operate a ph867 account without that person's consent.

ph867 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among its players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all registered ph867 players via Account Settings:

ph867's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on ph867, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph867 collects personal information solely for the purposes of: account management and identity verification; processing financial transactions; complying with PAGCOR licensing obligations and Philippine AML regulations; providing customer support; and delivering communications you have opted into. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph867 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform;
• Any interruption to the Platform caused by events beyond ph867's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, power outages, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-directed regulatory actions;
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from your breach of these Terms;
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional content.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, ph867's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph867 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to pass identity or age verification;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or money laundering activity;
• Direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be flagged and any balance may be subject to dormancy procedures in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines).

You may close your ph867 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable time, subject to identity verification.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. ph867 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute between you and ph867, you are encouraged to first contact ph867's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ph867 commits to responding to all formal complaints in writing within five (5) business days.

If an informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process for online gaming operators licensed under its framework. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith with any PAGCOR-mediated resolution process. Where PAGCOR mediation is unavailable, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

ph867 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or by posting a notice on the ph867 Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the ph867 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
